Passenger cancellation: Cancellations made more than 10 days before estimated departure are eligible for a 50% fare refund. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable.
Child and infant fares: Adult fares apply from age 12. Children aged 2–11 pay 90% of the adult fare. Infants under 2 pay 10% of the adult fare and travel on an accompanying adult’s lap. Age is determined on the estimated departure date.
Flight cancellation: If AW Charters cancels a flight, the full fare paid for that flight will be refunded.
Names: Names cannot be replaced. Spelling corrections are allowed for up to four characters in total.
Baggage: 7 kg carry-on and 30 kg checked baggage per passenger. Check-in: Closes 1 hour before scheduled departure.
